Avalon Bins are constructed entirely of Stainless Steel with covered corners and slide on Stainless Steel lids. Each Bin is mounted on heavy-duty 3” non-marking swivel casters. A must for any type of bulk storage.

The Avalon Stainless Steel 2 and3-Compartment Ingredient Bins allow you to separate different types of bulk ingredients easily and conveniently in one transportable unit. The frame and base are constructed of all-welded stainless-steel tubing. Bins are#304 Stainless Steel w/covered corners for easy cleaning, each bin has its own lift-off lid.

The Avalon Shortening Cart and Dolly are constructed of a high polish easy-to-clean Stainless Steel. Both are mounted on non-marking swivel casters. The Shortening Dolly will hold (2) two 50 lb. shortening cubes, while the Shortening Cart will hold up to (6) six cubes of shortening.
