Fryer filtration

The point to remember with grease filtration units, they really do not filter the oil but only debris. Even the mac daddy Belshaw EZ melt uses a filament and not cloth to remove debris. I utilize the filtration machine to remove debris and clean the fryer well. I then utilize a cloth cone filter to filter the oil. This will save you 6500 by not purchasing a high-priced filtration system.

On the EZ melts behalf. The foot peddle activated oil pump fills the fryer with shortening as needed. A great accessory however a metal garbage can and large ladle and you can manually maintain fryer oil levels.
