If you have money to allocate for a Donut finishing table that’s great but is not necessary.
What I mean is? You can use speed icing methods utilizing a large bus tray (Holds 30 lbs icing) and ice the donuts warm after being fried and wipe off excess icing.
The 2,3 and 4 bowl icing warmers are ideal ONLY for specialty icings that you do not make a ton of donuts with i.e orange, lemon etc as the icing holding capacity is minimal therefore use the warmers for only specialty icings NOT for chocolate, white and maple that you use a lot of.
The issue with all icing warmers. Once you add fresh icing it takes 35 -45 minutes to reheat. If you need clarification, please contact me.
