Donut display cases

After I finish a night of donut making, I always look at the donut show case and wonder if I could have made the donuts any better or sweeter. To save money when purchasing a donut showcase consider purchasing a non-refrigerated case for donuts that have not been filled with Bavarian cream or made-by-scratch lemon curd donuts. Purchase a small countertop or 4′ designated display case for such filled donuts and reserve the primary case for raise glazed, apple fritters etc.
